All of our products ship via common carrier (truck lines.) Each order is packed on pallets with foam and straps to keep the items secure during transit.

While damage is unlikely, please do inspect the products for obvious damage on receipt, if detected the shipment should be refused. In the case of concealed damage, please contact us.

All tables ship with the chess board facing down. Please be prepared to handle the tables with ample labor or with moving equipment. See our installation page for more details.

All products ship from Connecticut. Freight costs are based on weight and distance. Please use our quote request form to obtain an accurate freight cost. Our team will contact you with the estimated freight costs after your order has been submitted. We will gladly ship internationally.

All items are made to order. Typical lead time is 4 - 6 weeks. Expect longer lead times in Spring.
